Hi, my name is Scott Petterson and I am a private collector and hockey historian. My main purpose for developing the Portland Buckaroos web site is to honor the Buckaroo players and team.
I have had the privilege of meeting many of them and they are great guys. The more I had the chance to get to know them and learn about the Buckaroos, the more I wanted to do something to honor their
contribution to the game of hockey. So, when the chance came along to buy a large collection of items (jerseys, trophies, programs, sticks etc) I couldn't pass up the opportunity. In addition, it was
my desire to make sure that the memorabilia was not sold to somebody out of State or Country! I felt that I had an obligation to make sure it remained in Oregon since it is part of our sports
history. So, I hope you enjoy Portlandbuckaroos.com and return often.

questions and comments. In addition, we provide appraisal
services for free on a limited basis. However, all requests for
appraisal must be detailed and include a picture of the hockey
memorabilia you wish to have an appraisal for. We would also like
to talk to other hockey collectors and historians. So please feel
